Liz, in addition to being a qualified osteopath and rehabilitation specialist is also an owner, rider and breeder. In business for more than 30 years, she also currently owns and runs with her family the Skelwith Stud in Llanerfyl Welshpool.


Her family ( parents and grandparents) have always been involved with horses and this is where her passion for preventative and development therapies as well as repair and rehabilitation comes from. 


Liz does not only do rehab for injured animals, she works extensively with horses and humans on preventative and development programmes; working closely with vets, farriers, coaches and other suitable professionals to ensure the well being and development of both horse and human.


Liz is also involved in a number of areas of research and has the following papers published.


In addition to being the consultant osteopath at the Hartpury Veterinary & Therapy Centre and the Three Counties equine hospital, she also runsRider Performance Clinics at the Equine Therapy Centre, Hartpury College.
